Prashant Varshney
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Despite his experience and accomplishments, Mr. Varshney avoids the spotlight. He prefers to work diligently behind the scenes, staying close to clients and ensuring their needs are met. His primary focus is on development, design, and overseeing the firm’s production capabilities, ensuring the quality and excellence of our project packages.
The Principal Architects, responsible for each project, regularly review progress to ensure a smooth working relationship between associates, staff, consultants, and clients. Our diverse mix of abilities, cultures, experiences, and achievements creates a dynamic environment.
Shashank Sharma
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
As a partner of the firm, he has been the major driving force behind the multi-disciplined approach the firm takes towards architecture. Mr. Sharma’s approach to architecture is team-centered and hands-on. He personally is involved with all aspects of the design process. His versatility in client relation and architecture split his time.
During many years of practice the staff has fluctuated with the economic times and office workload. From a modest beginning with two people and a skeleton facility we have grown substantially over a period of years and enjoy an office resplendent with equipment, software and resources. We have established a healthy three tier management structure which enables us to operate with maximum efficiency and innovation.
